Refunds and Returns
The return must meet the return terms listed in the following.
We suggest that you keep the original package intact for a smooth return process.

Cancelling an order before shipment
You may cancel an order by contacting us via email or telephone, per the “Contact Us” section below. Cancellation is not valid until you receive a confirmation from our support team.
We always trying to fulfill the orders for our customers as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee that every cancel request can be done. We will try our best to hold or recall the shipment for you. But please kindly be aware that there is a possibility of failing. If we hold the shipment successfully, we will help cancel the order as per the customer’s request.
*Notice:
1) No processing fee will be charged if the shipment has not been processed.
2) A tracking number for a shipment indicates the products were packed and prepared to be picked up by the carrier. In this circumstance, we can not deal with a cancellation request.
3) A 5% processing fee will be charged if you file a cancellation request after 12 hours after you placed the order, even if the tracking number is not available. Please kindly understand that we have our employees packaging the shipment immediately once they get the order in the system. So the processing fee is charged for their labor.
Cancellation, Return and Refund Policies
– Returns are accepted on a case by case situation within 1 week of delivery. Products that are unopened, undamaged, and uninstalled are eligible for possible return. Shipping fees/extras are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a 45% restocking fee. Returns that are accepted are not final, until order is received/inspected to be in 100% original condition, unopened, and never installed. Financed orders have an additional 10% fee. Customer is held responsible for return shipping, insurance is recommended as cuebenstech isn’t held responsible for product arriving damage.
– Any cancelled order will have a deduction of a 15% payment processing fee. Custom/build to orders have a 45% cancellation fee. If an orders products have shipping processed or have shipped the order is subject to restocking fees, with cancellation fees if applicable. Finance orders have extra fees involved, which will include a 25% cancellation fee, 55% cancellation fee for custom/build to orders.
– Damage that occurs on route to customer, is held liable to that carrier who had possession of said package. cuebenstech is not responsible for damage in-route. We will do our best to fix the issue at hand.
– cuebenstech holds the right to force cancellation and apply cancellation fees to an order(s) for incorrect information being supplied (no response for update), low, medium, or high risk security check, incorrect shipping chosen due to location or size of packages, price increase of product and/or shipping, and such.
-cuebenstech is not held responsible for incorrect address(es) being entered for shipping, please double check and ensure the address entered is 100% correct. This is the address we will use to ship your order to. Delivered order to supplied address is considered fulfilled and completed.
– Pre-Order items are subject to 25% fee as these have random timelines due to production, testing, and allotment totals are set in respect to pre order numbers. Finance orders have extra fees involved, which will include a 35% cancellation fee.
-cuebenstech is not held responsible for Items malfunctioning, causing damage or harm to vehicle or other, items being delivered as broken. Warranty is subject to go forward to ensure product quality.
Payment Policies
– We accept all major U.S.A issued credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, and such). PayPal, Affirm, and Sezzle are secondary payment options that we offer. We do not accept personal checks, international credit cards, and such. cuebenstech is not responsible for any finance charges or overdraft fees that may be incurred by the cardholder.
– We hold the right to cancel any order considered at any risk level by our payment processing system. We do our best to ensure the customer ordering the product is the owner of the used payment type (i.e account, credit card, and such).
