The Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Processing time includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for dispatch. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak shopping periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same conditionas when received.

Customers must contact customer servicebefore initiating a return or exchange, providing the order number and product details.

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructionson how to send the item(s) back to us.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchangeas requested.

Important Notes:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
